Our server Dae Dae was amazing!! Her Green watermelon drink was the bomb and brought many people to try it!! I enjoyed her energy and the atmosphere she brings to LATTE factory!!

First time this place! They greeted me so politely and asked what I would like to order. I proceeded to order a chai tea latte with matcha, something that’s not on the menu. Which again I didn’t know lol! They said they could make it for me any ways! When I received my drink I tasted it and they had done a great job! Not only making the drink but really caring for their customers!! Everyone should give this place a try! Very nice atmosphere! Thank you Latte Factory!

Geo, was the best. I asked her to surprise me with a Latte first time for me. AND omg it was delicious. Salted Caramel. Most definitely will come back. First Colony Mall food court. She was the sweetest and very polite

We were greeted with a sample which immediately drew us in, we got 3 drinks and they were very delicious! 10/10 you definitely got to give it a try! Also great customer service and very time efficient.

I absolutely love coffee and love local shops. I am probably misspelling her name Ms DeeDee is an amazing person. I’m not wired and the taste is not over bearing. It’s made to perfection. I’m so grateful to have stopped by and the cup is a collector item. I will be back. Update: I was at the Sugar Land Location in the First Colony Mall.

First time at this place. I just needed a drink and I got a strawberry refresher without even really knowing what it was. Just the fact that she said it didn't have caffeine in it. It definitely quenched my thirst and I would get it again. Thanks so much

Hands down loved the caramel truffle latte. I’ve been trying a lot of new places lately, and this one is definitely the one I’ll be coming back to. The service was super friendly, and they even gave me complimentary cold foam 👍🏻

First time coming and got a Salted Carmel Cookie Butter latte recommended by Georgina, outstanding service and hospitality. The latte was so good and Georgina made sure to make it to my liking.

I cherished the experience of ordering a latte from this delightful factory. One of the employees radiated sweetness and patience as I crafted my order. The other employee skillfully brought it to life, and it was simply fantastic! I'm grateful for the beautiful cup, and the best part? It's reusable!
